Tomato jam
Sometimes it is important to be original!!!
Ingredients :
- Sugar: 4000 gr
- Lemon: 2
- Apple: 1000 gr
- Tomato: 4000 gr
Preparation time : 60 minutes
Cooking time : 90 minutes

- Wash, dry and cut 4 kg off-season and not quite ripe tomatoes into quarters.
- Add 4 kg of sugar, the juice of lemons and simmer gently until a reduced and slightly thick juice is formed.
- Add the peeled and sliced apples and simmer for 30 minutes. Check its consistency and fill the jars.
