Redcurrant jam
A recipe that is really jam and not jelly….
Ingredients :
- Sugar: 750 gr
- Redcurrant: 1000 gr
Preparation time : 15 minutes

- Wash the redcurrants and put them into a pot.
- Heat and crush the berries. When the redcurrants break up, remove the pot from heat.
- Pass the redcurrants for the beater to remove seeds.
- Weight the juice obtained, put in a pot and add the sugar, 750 grams of sugar per 1kg of juice.
- Bring to a boil and stir until there is no more scum on the surface.
- Fill the jars and close immediately.
The jam hardens while cooling.
