  • Four-red-fruit jam


    This is a very flexible jam. Some fruits can be added or removed, depending on each one preference. A little advice: Once fruits are prepared, they can be frozen so they can be added at the end of the season.

    Ingredients :
    • Sugar: 1500 gr
    • Strawberry: 500 gr
    • Redcurrant: 500 gr
    • Cherry: 500 gr
    • Raspberry: 500 gr
    Preparation time : 20 minutes
    Cooking time : 45 minutes


    1. Wash the fruits. Remove the stalk from the fruits, remove the stone from the cherries and peel the
      redcurrants.

    2. Make syrup: Pour 4 dl of water and the sugar in a saucepan, bring the mixture to a boil a few minutes
      over medium heat. Add the cherries; let it cook for 10 minutes at a high heat. Add the strawberries
      and count 15 minutes. Add the raspberries and the redcurrants. Let them cook for 7 minutes.

    Put in jars.
