Seedless blackberry jam
Ingredients :
- Sugar: 900 gr
- Blackberry: 1000 gr

- Wash the blackberries carefully and drain them.
- Put them in a large cooking bowl.
- When it comes to a boil, remove it from the heat and pass the fruit through a sieve.
- When the fruits have been passed, weight the purée obtained and throw the seeds remaining in the sieve.
- Return the juice to the cooking bowl, which must be rinsed with the crystal sugar (900 g of sugar per 1 kg of puree).
- Stir to dissolve the sugar before cooking again.
- Take 5 minutes after boiling and stir constantly.
- Then reduce the heat and cook gently until it reaches a good consistency. To find out when the blackberry jam is cooked, you can do the cold plate test: This test is to put a drop of jam on the cold plate, if it stays, it is ready!
Pour into boiled jars, close immediately and turn them upside down on a cloth before turning back up for storing them when they are cold.
